REGULAR SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping fees are calculated based upon size, weight and destination.  Once an order is submitted, we will contact you to provide you with a shipping quote and then add it to the invoice.

Shipments are delivered via Canada Post Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. A tracking number will be provided to you after you place your order, if an email is provided. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Items in our warehouse are generally shipped out on the same or next business day from the date you place the order (Monday-Friday). Items that are not in our warehouse (e.g. backordered or special order items) can take up to 2 weeks to be shipped from our warehouse. We will notify you of backorders, and when you should receive them.

 

Shipping Policy During Canada Post Service Disruption

In the unlikely event of Canada Post service disruptions, to ensure you continue receiving your deliveries without delay, the following shipping changes would apply:

• Alternate shipping methods will be utilized which may increase shipping time and fees for retail and wholesale orders
• We are unable to ship to PO boxes
• For apartment deliveries, package notices may be left outside if foyer access is unavailable
